The North West Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) commissioned WM Enterprise Consultants in January 2003 to develop a set of key indicators to accurately reflect the success of regeneration projects and schemes across the North West region. A secondary objective was to compile a baseline dataset for the indicators to enable the value and impact of future regeneration schemes to be measured in a consistent manner across the region. This research has now been completed and this briefing provides a concise summary of the research and its findings.
