Housing and Migration Mapping
Gap Question:-
This project will culminate in the creation of a dataset that would consistently map housing and migration information. Allowing regional analysis within and across local authority boundaries and over time. It will deliver data and intelligence on: Private sector housing price levels, rent levels, un-let housing data. Migration of customers across all housing tenures to other parts of the region or nation as costs of accommodation fluctuates. Who buys, what types type of accommodation and in what location, where have they previously been domiciled and why have they migrated to the new location? Housing needs analysis, covering quality and affordability of housing both within and across Local Authority boundaries.
